Ms. Kraft's main area of activity is in employment law. She advises on individual and collective employment law, in particular at the interface to insolvency law.
The drafting of contracts of employment, company agreements and collective bargaining arrangements are just as much part of Ms. Kraft's work as conducting litigation before the industrial tribunals at all levels, especially in employment protection proceedings. Negotiations with works councils and trades unions on reconciliations of interests and redundancy schemes form an essential part of her work in the context of advising companies on restructuring and restructuring.
