Nina Loth is a lawyer at GRUB BRUGGER’s Munich location.
She advises clients principally on insolvency and corporate law matters, as well as in the enforcement and defence of claims in the field of the liability of company bodies. Thanks to her long experience in litigation, she stands for an optimal representation of interests, not only in an extrajudicial environment, but also in complex courtroom litigation.
Another area of Ms. Loth’s expertise is in inheritance law. Her activity comprises both counselling in advance of succession, particularly in the context of drafting wills, as well as in representing it after it has become valid, for example in the defence and enforcement of claims to compulsory portion or dividing the property of communities of heirs.
