Ursula Thein is a lawyer and partner at GRUB BRUGGER’s Stuttgart location.
She has been a specialist lawyer involved in labour law since 25 March 1998. The focus of her activities is labour law, both within and outside of bankruptcy situations. She also has special expertise at the interface to insolvency law.
Ms. Thein is contact person in all aspects of individual and collective labour law. One of her priorities is advising and representing companies and insolvency administrators in labour law due diligence, in connection with company acquisitions or sales and company restructuring. This includes negotiations with works councils and/or trade unions. Another special area of activity is advising and representing managers, directors and other executives.
Ms. Thein regularly lectures on topics of labour law and is also a lecturer in insolvency labour law at the Department of Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Management of School of Economics and the Environment in Nürtingen-Geislingen.
